Because the way you do anything is the way you do everything….
EBH Equus Coaching™ is an amazing and unique development experience that is designed to help you clarify your intentions as a leader and refine your own authentic leadership style. Because horses are extremely sensitive prey animals, they provide immediate feedback to the way you communicate with the world around you. Facilitated by a skilled Equus Coach™, your time with a horse can both illuminate your natural strengths as a leader and reveal where you may be stuck. All Equus exercises are experienced from the ground, with gentle horses. No prior experience with horses is needed, as this approach works equally well for those who have, or have not, interacted with horses in the past.
This introductory session includes a briefing on what horses can teach us about leadership and coaching demonstrations with several attendees. In addition, every participant will have the opportunity to connect with a horse, up close and personal. “So what, now what?” reflection and debrief exchange will help you take your insights forward once you leave the farm.
Private sessions and corporate team-building retreats will be scheduled upon request.
